Dr. Dunli Li is a Lecturer (Teaching) in the Department of Economics at UCL, Department BSc Programme Co-Director, and a Senior Fellow of Higher Education Academy (HEA) in the UK. She has extensive teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Dunli got her PhD from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo. Before joining UCL, she was a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Economics at Queen’s Management School, Queen’s University Belfast.

Dunli is an expert in applied economics with particular interest in helping students and professionals develop skills needed to analyse data for example using Stata and Python. Her economics expertise is in applied economics and economic growth. She has experience supporting undergraduates with dissertation research. Her education research interests include understanding the National Student Survey results in economics, over time and relative to other disciplines, and analysing the impact of lecture recording on student attendance.
